About Tamara’s Dental Hygiene
My focus is to develop long-lasting relationships with my patients, while also offering them thorough, preventative dental care. I pride myself on educating my patients to help them maintain a healthy and happy smile that lasts a lifetime.
Tamara Jensen (BScDh, Rdh)
Tamara was born and raised in Southern Alberta, and knew she was destined for a career in healthcare from a young age. She found her passion in dental hygiene and graduated with honours in 2004 from the University of Wyoming. There, she received her Associate’s Degree and Bachelor of Science Degree in dental hygiene.
During her schooling, she pursued extensive training and obtained certification to administer local anesthetic. A few years later she expanded her skills again by completing the necessary training to provide soft tissue laser therapy to her patients.
Tamara’s focus is always the patient. She loves building relationships and educating her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health. She strives to give each person thorough and quality care while providing a positive dental hygiene experience for all.When Tamara’s not at work she loves spending time with her husband Andrew and their two beautiful little boys. In her downtime she loves riding horses, camping, and taking in some fresh mountain air.
